Description
Japanese headdress type Shōken Kaichū tachi eboshi in black lacquered gauze with foliage and phoenix in flight. Like the previous one, originally used by the nobles became a Shinto priest headdress. The different shapes and materials are representative of various ranks assigned to these priests.
