Description
A nagamarugata tsuba in shakudo (alloy of gold and copper) with a nanako ground. It is decorated in a high relief of spring flowers and insects in two tones of gold and copper.
This tsuba belongs to the Nagoya mono type. Those tsubas were made in Nagoya in the Goto style of Kyoto and the Mino style.
