Chinese archer ring in a circular shape, with black crackles.
Used since more than 4000 years in Asia to protect the thumb during archery, archer rings became more and more refined during the Qing dynasty, and finally became pieces of jewelry, made with a variety of decorations and materials, similarly to chinese snuffbottles.
